Returns & Exchange policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase, you may return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Please be aware we are unable to refund earrings due to hygiene reasons; this does not effect your statutory rights.
Please package carefully. The customer is responsible for delivery costs on returns.
Delivery fees (both ways) will not be refunded.
Delivery: We can guarantee that your order will be dispatched within 48 hours if placed before 5pm. Delivery will then take 3-5 working days.
Please note that we have a flat delivery fee of £4.79 on all orders except for non EU delivery which will incur a fee of £9.00.
International: We can deliver to you if you are not based in the UK. Please contact us directly on email@example.com to arrange shipping costs.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to most of our items being unique, one-off pieces.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order you must email us within 24 hours to notify us of this.
Regarding pairs of earrings –as we use natural stones, the stones may vary slightly in shape size and colour.
Actual colours of the item may be slightly different from what you are seeing on your screen, this is due to our camera settings and your display settings.
As our jewellery is gold plated items tend to tarnish with time so please treat these with care.
